        Jim Rouser showed up to “give me an estimate” today and was so negative from the very minute I met him I can’t even imagine doing business with these people. He told me that they “don’t do arbors” and I live in Sewickley and my house has had an arbor since it was built. Probably 1/3 of houses in Sewickley have arbors and then he told me that my fence “doesn’t look like it’s in that bad of shape and that it doesn’t need to be replaced” So I asked him if they could do the necessary repairs and he told me that they are “too busy and are scheduling 7-8 weeks out”
        I don’t know about you but I have NEVER gone to a car dealer and them tell me that my car doesn’t look like it’s in that bad a shape and that I don’t need a new one. HAVE YOU??????
        I want a new fence and I am glad that I didn’t spend $30,000 with this company with their attitude. Bethlehem Fence and Steel will be doing it!!!

        Good experience

        We got a vinyl fence, some privacy and some picket. Affordable uses nice quality product and does good work for a reasonable price. The installers were very nice and had good ideas for laying out the fence. We are happy with the final result, especially considering we had some quotes for nearly twice what we ended up paying.
