Healey Plumbing and Heating

I live between Scranton & WB can't ever get anyone here, they don't need to go far for work. This guy is close, came early in 2020 for 3 issues. Replace the shower control cartridge, fix a very slow oil drip on my furnace and fix a dripping section in copper pipe. Charged $200 for him & a helper for 45 min. The furnace continued to drip, the shower cartridge only lasted 4 mo. So for $200 his helper cut and soldered a 2" section of copper pipe. I called early Sept, re those 2 issues again, plus now there was an issue with my kitchen faucet controller loose on the sink. He told me Thurs 9/9...at 9Am... NO SHOW....NO CALL... NOTHING! I called him, lmom...NO RESPONSE. Stay away from this guy! Unprofessional! Unless he had an emergency, there is NO EXCUSE for completely standing up a customer! And his fee is TOO HIGH!
