Emergency Care of Plano

Horrible, horrible experience! We just got a bill for over $3,000 that unfortunately my insurance paid already. We were there for over 2 hours, saw the doctor for 10 minutes total. I called with concerns about the $ amount of bill and was told that since they are an ER facility, there are certain fees they can charge (regardless of what work was actually done). Literally thousands of dollars for a 10 minute visit with doctor and an x-ray. The x-ray itself was about $500 and that seemed fair - but really $2,500 for me to walk in your facility? WOW. The service was horrible - we were the only ones there and it still took 2 hours. We could hear the nurses arguing with vendors on the phone, etc. All around bad place to go!!!
