I’m really puzzeled by the negative reviews some people have posted. My experience with Dr Balachandar was very positive. She made a special accommodation to fit me in for my 8:45AM appointment on just a day’s notice. She examined me and took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional physician. I needed to have two procedures done to ascertain my condition and she made an appointment at a hospital for me to be seen. Hard working and she took her time to patiently explain everything to me. I would highly recommend her.

Completely incompetent office staff. After waiting for 30 minutes, I inquired how much longer it would be. Only to be told that it would be another 10 minutes before I could get in a room because there were two other people in front of me. Completely unapologetic and think it is ok to make people wait at least an hour to see the doctor is totally absurd. I walked out and thank god I didn't waste anymore time with a doctor and office staff that is so clueless!

I trust Dr Balachandar with my life because she will go the extra mile to help her patients. She has improved the quality of my life.

I would like to say that the front desk lady and the other lady that supposedly take over while she's there they do not cooperate with their patients at all I am trying to get disability because I've had blood clots pancreantitis arthritis in both hands carpal tunnel in both arms COPD c diff gastric titis, and right now I do not have the money to go see her in 2011 through 2013 I saw her twice and she sent me in hydrocodone every month without any trouble whatsoever. Now I am asking to get SUCRALFATE- it is used to coat your esophagus in your stomach and also to get PROTONIX, which is kind of like nexium but much better and nexium is supposed to build up the lining of your esophagus in your stomach and I have a hard time eating anything and they're giving me the runaround saying that she's not there blah blah blah you need to come see her there and seen her since 2013 but the previous three years I saw her twice and she sent me hydrocodone every month 90 of them 750/325 with no problem at all all I would have to do is call her and now they're tripping over to medications is that are like nexium, Pepto Bismol and other things like that etc. I think that this doctors office has gone down on their customer service and Dr balachander can be very rude when I was in the hospital she was the one that came to see me when I had all these problems and she would just walk in Ohio you doing listen to my lungs walk out so she is not a very so she is not a very good doctor. And R you at the front desk I hope you read this because you're very rude and you're a b****.

I definitely like to comment about rude and lying admin staff at front desk. She charged me 100$ for my consultation and as per my insurance, i am responsible for a copay of 20$. She without any hestitation, she lied stating that doctor is a specialist and we charge 100$.

She was very mean and rude. She didnt even care to explain me why she charged me $100. When i called insurance and had her to conference in, she admitted that doctor office used to take a deposit of 80$ , they will refund it back when insurance pays the full amount.

Why do u lie in the beginning? Dont we understand if you can explain me the first time i asked you... I dont know even if you have a bit of hospitality and humane nature in you.

About the doctor gowri balachander, I have no words about her, She is abosultely kind and knowledgable. She takes her time to explain in detail. She is awesome.
