Overall
Wonderful experience!!!

We were referred to Night Owl by several families on our soccer team. Our son was injured one Saturday afternoon during a game and he needed an x-ray. Several parents recommended Night Owl as an emergency room alternative. We were given an appointment over the phone. The office was spotless, the staff was friendly and the doctor was experienced and knowledgeable. We were thrilled that our son received such prompt care from a highly trained staff. I would definiitely recommend Night Owl to everyone!

BEWARE! DON"T USE THEM!

I called them to bring my daughter in who has a 102 degree fever, and is vomiting, normal sick symptoms for a pediatric patient. Their Web site makes the statement:

"Why wait all night in an Emergency Room, when Night Owl Pediatrics can provide quality care for your children right now?

So guess what? they told us to go to the emergency room!! We told them we would need to wait for hours in the emergency room, and it just happens that my mother in law is in another hospital emergency room, and we need to attend to her. They know our situation, know my daughters normal symptoms, yet they still just refused to see us and told us to go to the emergency room. Are they incapable of treating kids with normal sick kid symptoms?

So if your kid has a fever and is vomiting, DON"T BOTHER calling them. We are perfect customers/patients, have been bringing our three children to them for years, have recommended their practice to others, and this is how they treat us? No loyalty, no concern, and let me add that the receptionist was rude and perfunctory, so no manners.

They have obviously gone downhill, and do not care about their pediatric patients or their families. If your kid has a fever and is throwing up - CALL SOMEONE ELSE. I have no idea why they are even in business if they won't see their loyal patients. You are better off in the Emergency room, contrary to their claims.

Parents Dream

We learned of this facility last week by calling the advice nurse. We were given an appointment in fifteen mintues, yes you read correctly. We were seen and out in a half hour. UNHEARD of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful office, EXCELLENT staff, friendly service and just a great place to take your child. Call first to see if you need a referral, but I promise you if you have waited hours in the emergency room before, this is DEFINITELY where you want to go.
