        CJM responded quickly and the work was perfect!! I had a serious leak and was concerned that I'd be responsible for it, CJM clarified and took care of it.. The best HOA.. REALLY..

        For the eight to nine years that I have had dealings with CJM... The personal on staff are a pleasure to engage with. The founder Joe Marquez keeps his shop in order. Joe is always ready to step in and assist with any complicated matters. The two managers I have worked with (Tawni Hughes and Jayme Walls) are both top in their field. Respond time to the homeowners complaints or questions is very good. The interface, management and suggestions with vendors is great. They keep our records, requirements and upkeep for our HOA on track. The bookkeeping just keeps getting better. I have had dealing with other management companies and CJM leaves them in the dust.
