Colonial Collision and Reconditioning

It's a shame this auto shop is still in business. They provide poor quality work, slow service, and belittle their customers. Colonial Collision does not understand the term "customer service".

Take your car here only if you want to bring it back repeatedly. Agreed upon repairs will be completely improperly or not repaired at all. If I could, I would give this business 0 stars!

I went to Colonial Collision for an estimate on a busted bumper. The lady working inside told me she wouldn't do an estimate because it was too cold outside. There was another man in the office that gave me a look that said "yep, we're too lazy to do our job". Will never go back to Colonial Collision. So I went to D.ick Scott Collision and got an estimate in under 10 minutes.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I had some repairs that needed to be done on my car and called them in January to make an appointment. They let me know that they were booked until a month later. I confirm the appointment in January and show up on the day of my appointment to only be told that they cancelled my appointment and DIDN'T NOTIFY ME! I'm not sure if that's how you want your appointments to be handled, but I definitely dont. They told me they had called my number a week prior to confirm the appointment and did not get an answer nor a voicemail and didn't try calling again. I received no missed call or voicemail so they clearly called the wrong number and didn't attempt to call back, they just cancelled the appointment without a notification! I took the day off of work to do this only to be told that my appointment was cancelled and I can make another apointment for a month later. This is 2 months after I had originally called. Extremely dissappointed in how they do business and how inconsiderate they are of other peoples time.

I believe that Colonial Collision is one of the best if not the best Collision shops in the state. They take time to explain and follow through on every car that comes in, and are very honest and make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. I felt very comfortable with Colonial Collision working on my car, because I knew that the work speaks for itself.

The family has been taking cars to CC&R for over 10 years. They have taken care of everything from light fender benders to a total wreck. Their work has always been exceptional. Their prices are more than fair and I feel like they take time to listen and care.

Quality, price and personal concern are my favorite combination.

I do not typically take the time to write reviews but I was very impressed with my experience at Colonial Collision. I was referred to this business by a colleague that has taken all of their cars there for years but I was a little skeptical because of previous reviews. I can assure you that Don & Steve will do a great job explaining what repairs need to be made and what the turn around time will be. The outcome exceeded my expectations. The bump out, paint job and all the extras were done to perfection AND on time. The only regret is that I did not take a before and after picture!
