Overall

Used this company for many years to clean my house, then an accident happened that damaged the carpeting in the great room. When I notified them that this happened the owner never came out to investigate, he just said that he asked his team and they said that they didn't know anything about it. They don't do a bad job as far as cleaning but standing behind the accidents that happens is very poor! As far as I am concerned, they are not worth the expenses they cause.
