Their homemade Clam Chowder soup is out of this world.

THE FOOD IS FRESH...BUT SO IS THE STAFF.



I've been going to Spike's Fishery for over 8 years always enjoying the food and the experience.



NOT THIS TIME!



I orderd Chiliean Sea Bass. When my waitress brought my dish to my table, I noticed it did not look like the Chiliean Bass I had at Spikes many times. There were two little pieces, looks like it was not seasoned, and did not look appetizing.



I expressed my displeasure, very nicely I might add, and my waitress brought me a different dish. When my husband and I were paying at the register, my husband noticed that there was a mistake in the price of his dish. It was a special and was one price on one of the blackboards, but another price on the other blackboard.



He mentioned it, and a woman behind the counter very loudly said, "they just want another thing for free!" She continued to say that we were NOT allowed to send back a meal and continued to yell at us. WE WERE APPALLED!



We requested to speak with a manager, and a young man said he was the manager. He did nothing, never apologized, and continued to let this employee yell at us.



When I asked for the owner's name and number, he told me he didn't know the owner and gave me the restaurant's business card with the restaurant's phone number.



NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY!
