Hired in February 2015 to install new bamboo flooring and stairs in my home. They did a terrible job on the stairs. The nails on each step are VERY visible. When we asked about it, they said it was because the bamboo was "very hard". They broke one of the stair noses and installed it just like that. They damaged my newly painted walls and then got excess paint from the walls on the risers when they tried to patch the paint job.



Before the job started, we gave them an estimate of the square footage based on our own measurements and they said the final bill would be based on their measurement of how much wood was actually installed. At the end of the job, they tried to insist that they should be paid based on the amount of bamboo flooring we purchased from elsewhere, not based on how much flooring they actually installed.



I do not recommend this company at all. The owner was not honest about the fact that he was not used to working with bamboo and refused to admit that the job was not up to standard. Instead, he blamed it on everything else before taking the money and running.
