        I went into Grease Monkey on April 25th 2014 and got an oil change for my car. Everything was quick and everyone was very polite and professional.



        On the 5th of May, I noticed that the trunk of my car was filthy. It was covered in oil. I immediately pulled the dip stick, and my engine was bone dry. I threw what oil I could find in my engine, and drove over the next morning to Grease Monkey.



        They explained that my oil filter was smashed, likely from someone hitting something (I later learned that my wife hit a pot hole while driving). Even though it was our fault, the guys at grease monkey changed my oil filter, filled me up with oil, and even cleaned off my car for free. I could not imagine anyone taking better care of their customers than these guys at this Grease Monkey.
