Healthy Pho Asian Fusion - Vietnamese Cuisine Port Charlotte

I get the #21 at least twice a month to go. Tonight the tofu was left out. When I called the store, originally spoke with a young lady and she asked what she could do. Explained to her that where I have lived they usually offer a free meal the next time. I told her that I didn't feel this warranted a full free meal, however, because of the inconvenience and not getting what I paid for, the next time I order, pay a 1/2 off. I could hear her explaining to the manager. I spoke with Reggie (the manager), he basically called me a liar. Just kept telling me there was no way of verifying what I was saying...Liar. Reggie, do you really think I am calling to cheat you out of $6.00? Way to maintain customer service...NOT. Will not be going to Healthy Pho again.

UPDATE: The owner of Healthy Pho called to apologize for his manager's behavior. From the sounds of it, this must have been an "off" night for Reggie, in that he is usually a very pleasant and helpful person. In all the times that I have gone in to pick up my food since arriving in Florida in January, it is a very pleasant atmosphere, all the employees have a smile on their face and are very helpful. At some time in our lives, we have "off" times. And I will take the owner up on his invitation to bring my family in to enjoy a meal to make up for tonight. The food is GREAT, that's why my daughter and I will usually eat 2-3 times a month take out from Healthy Pho.

Everything taste so fresh here! The pho was delicious and had so many flavor profiles going on! Their shrimp spring rolls were delicately put together and beautifully served. Our server Kelly was amazing! She didnt even have to write anything down when she took our orders! She got everything right and took great care of us! The tables are on the smaller side when seating a family of four with a 10 month old but it is very clean inside and I will definitely be coming back to this spot.
