Dryer Vent Specialist

Let me tell you how great this company is, specifically Jim Adams. I originally had dryer vent cleaning services done by Frozen AC Solutions (DONT EVER CALL THEM). They sent a technician out and he "cleaned the vents and tested them." While he was "cleaning them" I was outside trying to find my cat that he let out. I took his word that the job was complete and he left after charging 185$. I wanted to test my dryer after- no change, still completely clogged and full of lint. I called another dryer vent service (Jim at Dryer Vent Specialist) and he was so annoyed at the fact that people receive service like that from established companies that he offered to come out and fix the other company's mistake- FOR FREE NO MONEY AT ALL. I spent a few hours working with him to see the whole process and watched him pull a giant slug of lint from my vents!!! AGAIN HE DID THIS ON HIS OWN TIME AT NO COST because he is an honest and hard working American. He fixed the original problem, continued to clean for free, and then when i insisted to pay he still declined. Best company I have ever know. Hire them. Truly an honest man- I wish there were more like him.

Jim is the best! Very honest and humble business man.

Jim came out today to redo a job that another company failed miserably at. I should have used Dryer Vent Specialist the first time!!! Jim had the proper equipment and not just a leaf blower and shop vac like the other guy. Not only did he get ALL of the lint out of the pipe, he did airflow readings before and after. He also went in the attic and repaired a portion of the pipe that wasn't sealed correctly. When the other guy used the leaf blower he blew all kind of lint into the attic. I will definitely call Jim again!!!! Thanks Jim.

Honest and reliable Business my dryer stopped heating found out that my vent was clogged they fixed and cleared the vents and fixed my dryer by replacing the heating coil. Excellent price not out to rip you off.

I have had another company clean my duct twice and both times they left a mess outside and in my laundry room. When I had Dryer Vent Specialist come he cleaned everything. He was very nice and professional. He did extra without charging me more. I would highly recommend them.

While drying my clothes I began noticing a smell similar to when you scorch your clothes with a flatiron. I called Dryer vent specialist and they came quickly and they let me see how lint filled my vent was. They were very neat and clean.

They were quick and efficient and were there when they said they would be.
