Don’t use this company unless you enjoy problems. People who answer the phones are mostly incompetent. They promise that someone will definitely come tomorrow to deal with your problem and when nobody shows up they deny that the promise was ever made. People who service the pool do not speak English. I suspect they are illegal.
They bill you for services that were never done. Unless you check every bill and every statement, you will definitely pay more than you should.
The owner is an arrogant prick who never listens to your point of view. He is always right and he is the only one who knows anything. He behaves as if he is doing you a favor. So it’s his way or the highway. He even uses vulgar and profane language.
I finally had enough of the incompetence and arrogance and being overcharged. I found another company and so far am quite happy with them.
Stay away from this company if you want piece of mind.
