        Yoga and Dance Classes at Hustle and Flow: Yoga: We offer a wide variety of yoga classes, taught by experienced, welcoming instructors. Some of our class offerings are: Intro to Yoga, Dynamic Vinyasa, Community Hatha, Gentle Hatha, and Yin Yoga. Take a look at our class descriptions and yoga schedule to find the style and timing that best suites your needs. All levels are welcome. Buti: Buti is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Classes consist of deep stretching, buti-shaking and heart-pounding cardio. Dance moves are taken from various styles that focus on an intense shaking of the hips and are sure to get your energy high and your abs tight! Dance: Hustle and Flow offers several eclectic, dynamic, and fun dance possibilities, such as Hip Hop Dance on Tuesdays, Contact Improv Jams, Capoeira for Kids, and Barefoot Boogies.         Location
        Parking Lot Availability The parking lot next to Fresh Approach is available during non-school hours. Monday through Friday it’s available before 7am and after 3pm and all day Saturday and Sunday, including all holidays observed by schools. If you are coming to the studio during school hours you need to find on street parking. Parking Suggestions Clark street, which runs parallel to Brackett on the other side of the school, and has unlimited time parking.
