        I wish I could say they know what they're doing but we've ordered from them 3 times now. The first time was perfection. The second? Pure crap. The roses died the 2nd day. I'll give them credit, they did replace them, but not in any arrangement. This time the 2 dozen long-stemmed red roses are in a plastic vase! Plastic? And it's much more narrow at the base so it's so top heavy I have to lean it against a wall! The other flowers and bits of shrubbery in there are placed so haphazardly I think a blind gorilla could've done better. One of them is broken and bent over. Nice touch that. The roses themselves are various lengths but are placed with the shorter ones in the middle! ?? This makes no sense. I'll post a pic soon, if the owner doesn't make it right. But BUYER BEWARE. These guys were great a couple of years ago. Now they're just crap. These look like a grocery store arrangement. Only in the grocery store I'd get a glass vase and the flowers would be arranged sensibly. Maybe not creatively but neither are these.

        I would use again and again.

        Due to a missunderstanding, I contacted Jeff and he immediately took care to send just the right flowers. They were beautiful and I will use Old Twon Florist again!
