My engagement ring is a family heirloom. I tried to find a wedding band to match but i was having trouble matching the old with new. I went to Packouz Jewelers and they suggested custom designing the wedding band. I was really nervous at first but the sales woman(Unni) was so patient and held my hand the whole way. I love my ring so much, it is perfect. I can not say enough nice things about this business. Thank you.

She said that the service was excellent and they have a “smaller collection” but all the pieces were “unique and beautiful.” If you’re looking for a one of a kind watch (mine was Raymond Weil) and don’t mind spending a little more (mostly high-end brands- minimum mostly four figures$$$) then this place has our endorsement!

I've been to a lot of different Jewelers but this is without a doubt the best! They have the most gorgeous pieces and the pricing is a very competitive for the value. Very nice staff that is knowledgeable and no pressure! Best Rolex selection in the city.
