        Overall

        This is truly a family run business. Jackie's kids and partner often run the phones, front desk while Jackie is meeting with clients. The even bring their sweet elderly dog in on occasion. Beyond he family hospitality, Jackie is very efficient with completing taxes (as long as you bring all necessary paperwork) and she is quick to help if/when something unwanted arrives from the IRS.
