        Parcel Room has been a family owned and operated business in the NH Seacoast since May of 1985. Jeff Ballantyne, the shipping store owner, has grown the store into an award-winning business, receiving honors from both UPS and FedEx as Top Shippers for several years. Throughout the years Parcel Room has expanded into one of the nation’s largest volume shippers in the industry. Parcel Room is an Authorized UPS Shipping Outlet, a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, an Approved USPS Retail Location and a DHL Authorized Shipping Center. Becoming an Authorized Store is considered a necessity in the industry and these designations are reserved for stores that provide excellent customer service and stock and sell packing supplies. In addition to being a shipping and packaging center, Parcel Room has become locally renowned in the NH Seacoast for a variety of other services. The store has become a leader in furniture, fine art and antique shipping as well as custom packaging, diverse packing supplies, custom stamp-making, private mail boxes, passport services, notary public, fulfillment services, package tracking and recycling. Parcel Room is happy to be your local shipping and packaging center and is active in the Portsmouth community. As a proud member of the PackFreight Network, we strive to be a leader in the industry with all of our professional services. Over the years, Parcel Room has earned an excellent reputation in the Portsmouth community by providing needed products and services in a professional manner. We are proud supporters of New Hampshire Public Television; we donate over 2% of our gross sales to NHPTV and other community organizations. Parcel Room is the official shipper for New Hampshire Public Television Auction, New Hampshire Made Association the official Show Shipper for New Hampshire Antique Dealers Association (NHADA).
