Anthony's Taxi

This is the worst interaction I have ever had with someone supposedly in the service industry. I called when they were 15, 20 then 30 mins late to pick up my wife, my 3 week old son and I for a crucial pediatrician appointment. I finally got the owner when they were 45 mins late. He (Mr Anthony) told me he would be another 30mins. I told him his company was unprofessional and I would not be using them again. He told me to F@$k off and go "s@ck my mother." I then had to hang up the phone as he launched off into a 'f' bomb rant in my ear. I missed my appointment and had to take my son to the hospital instead.

I cannot believe that in this day and age, people act like this. This operator should not be in business if he thinks he can deal with people this way. He jeopardized my son's health and was blatantly offensive when I told him the truth. Do not subject yourselves or your family to this type of behaviour. 0 out of 5.
