This cricket store charged me $25.00 to put a sim card from one phone over to my new phone.

They acted like they were doing a long process of transferring my phone # over to my new phone!!

The next day my daughter went to a cricket store to transfer her phone # to a new phone. They told her all you have to do is put your old sim card into the new phone, yourself!! No charge, no transfer fee.



This cricket store in Poway is still collecting money as if it was the old cricket way, where you had to go in with your new phone to have them transfer your phone to a new device!!



Please note that you can do this yourself with any t-mobile, at&t, cricket phone, that uses a sim card. If you are switching your phone, for example, like from iphone to samsung, You may need an adapter to fit your sim card into your new phone. Cricket sells these for $10.00. Or you can get them at any electronic store. And then just pop it into your new phone and your good to go!



DO NOT let cricket steal $25 for something you can do in less than a minute!!!

They are ripping loyal customers off!!!
