Delivered not fresh. Rose petals already started discolored. Unbelievable. Also it was an unattractive arrangement design. I would have selected a zero star, too.

Don't waste your time or your money. Had a relative from out of state order flowers for my birthday. They showed up on the right day, but that is about it. They were large in size, but mostly filler (greenery). When my relative complained (after I sent pictures of what actually showed up), the person from the flower shop called me complaining that he had to change the arrangement. Said he's been in business for 30 years and knows what he's doing, so why should he change it. Told me to pull the greenery out if I didn't like it or he would bring a different one, buth there would be different flowers in it... the whole thing was very dissapointing and I wish he would have just come pick the arrangement up and given the money back for a product that just did not live up to its description.

Would have given a ZERO star rating if the system let me...
