My transmission had completely blown out and Poway Transmission was recommended to me by an auto repair shop whose owners are vey trustworthy. Karen and Steve were a blessing. They were honest, up front, and very courteous and caring. I was presented several options on how to get the problem resolved. The work was completed as estimated and the transmission runs very smoothly. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was in good hands. Thanks to Karen and Steve for a great experience
I had already been to 3 other automotive shops before someone recommended Poway Transmissions. I'm so glad I found them because I was in crisis mode and the staff went out of their way and well beyond their normal scope of work to help and support me in a time of need. I cannot believe all the extra time, diagnostics, research and phone calls they made on my behalf to first help properly diagnose the difficult problems I was having with my 2005 Nissan Xterra and then find as many cost saving options as possible for me. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis, and the many other easy fixes they were able to do for me for free that they didn't have to do. They looked after me like a big brother would have and even assisted me with transportation during this difficult time. I am so grateful for and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can truly count on for honesty, integrity, and value.
