        Why Kraft House No. 5? When we started on this venture, we knew what our concept was going to be. We wanted everything hand crafted and made from scratch. We wanted craft beers, and we wanted craft cocktails. Our kitchen is going to be a chef driven scratch kitchen. Food with integrity is what we will be known for. Why the "K" for Kraft? Why not?? As for the No.5? Besides being located at 5 S. Liberty St, this will be the 5th restaurant owned and operated by the Pappas family.Why Kraft House No. 5?
