We had Mike Schultz do a privacy fence for us around our patio. It turned out just as Mike said it would and as we wished. The materials and workmanship are excellent. He is hard working, honest, talented and very pleasant to have around. We wouldn't hesitate a minute to ask him to work with us in future projects. We would highly recommend Ultimate Deck Design!!.

We had an addition put onto our garage. It included a Laundry room and garage stall. Mike was very easy to work with and kept us update every step of the way. When we needed to get in touch he was always prompt in returning phone calls or e-mails. The quality of work and materials used was very good. I had elected to do some of the interior work myself and Mike worked with us in getting the material and making suggestion on how to do things.



We were very pleased and the cost was within his bid.

I had Ultimate Deck Design, complete a 14 1/2 by 22 foot deck for my wife and I. I was very impressed with Mike's attention to detail. (So were all my neighbors) I usually complete projects myself because I like things done a certian way. Mike is very good at understanding what the customer wants and then completing that work at the highest possible quality. I was so impressed by Mike's work that before he finished the deck, I already signed a contract to have him finsh my 1,200 square foot basement. The basement was no easy task either. He put in a whirlpool shower tub, fully tiled bathroom, entertainment room wired for surround sound and a flat screen t.v, second master bedroom with a walk in closet and weight room wired for surround sound and a T.V.



Mike took the time to make sure the entire basement not only met my families needs, but would continue to meet my families needs as we grew as a family. After completing the basement, I had Mike finish off my garage as well. Mike will be the only person I allow to complete any projects at my house in the future due to the quality of his work.



Every person that works for Mike I trust to be around my family and in my house when I am not there. After completing my project, Mike completed projects for 5 or 6 other families in my neighborhood. Don't waste your time with anyother contractors, Mike will do the job right first time.

I was extremely happy with the work completed by Ultimate Deck Designs. I had the carpet in my entire upstairs replaced with oak laminate flooring. Everything was done for me from the carpet removal, purchasing of the product, installation, and clean up. The floor looks beautiful and the guys were very professional. I already have future plans to have them finish off my basement.

I would say this company has been the best at a complete (parade of homes) remodel I have ever experienced. The owner is extremely detailed oriented, and communicates with customer about all items before beginning work. You can not go wrong with perfection. I am happy with the quality work and will always call again for any additional work. Don't take chances with companies with no reviews! HP

I would highly recommend Ultimate Deck Design and plan to have them do all future work. They had previously put in new flooring throughout the entire house except for the kitchen and bathroom. My house is very old and nothing is symmetrical. The floors are uneven, the walls not straight and Mike was able to work miracles. I was so pleased with his work that I knew he would be the only person I'd call to replace my kitchen and bathroom floor. I had ceramic tile put in and wanted a specific color and design. He looked for what I wanted and I know it was a challenge, but he found it. He recently finished the project and I can't believe how modern my house looks. He's brought a 100 year old home into the 21st century. I have other projects that I'm planning for and he will be the only one I call. I know he will do quality work and stand behind everything he does. He knows the best advertising is word of mouth and that's what I plan to do.
