My daughters and I came to Princeton Audi to look at the 2015 A4, where we were greeted by Alex Demsky. We have been looking for a new car to lease for several months and dealt with many car dealerships and salesmen. It quickly became apparent that Alex is the most professional, honest, and easy-going salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He answered all my questions, some being the same asked many different ways, and still kept is smile and his professionalism in answering each and every one making sure I understood all about the A4 and my purchase. Many people dread going to a car dealership to purchase or lease a vehicle, but the service we received by Alex and the rest of the team like James, Rich, and General manager Dave was second to none! They made us feel at ease and were reassuring that they would do anything to make the best deal work for me, and they did. Princeton Audi was not only the cleanest dealership we had been to, but each step we took in our purchase was pleasant and comfortable. The General sales manager Dave Dargenio went out of his way to make sure that the sales manager Rich Martini took care of us like his own family and that he did. He had us work with Alex Dempsky who in my eyes was the best car salesmen I ever dealt with in my 28 years of car buying. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable Alex went over all of the car's amazing features, he was very patient and courteous. During the purchase of the car the transaction was smooth and quick without absolutely any pressure in the process. Princeton Audi, after being to 3 different Audi’s was by far the best and very competitive price for the vehicle. Alex made the whole process so simple and easy! Princeton Audi took care of all the insurance paperwork for us. On the day of pickup, the car was waiting for us! (With an amazing wash and detail! And a full tank of gas). We were given an introduction to the car, and were provided a detailed overview about all the features. We couldn't be happier with both the car and the five star services we received by Alex and the whole team Princeton Audi! If you want an amazing sales experience, GO SEE ALEX Demsky and the whole team AT PRINCETON AUDI!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. A+++++

I had a verbal agreement on the price for a car with this dealer, and placed a $1000 deposit on the car while I awaited delivery on a specific vehicle. When the car arrived and it was time to finalize the deal, the dealer went back on their original agreement, asking close to $1,000 more than the agreed price. In fairness, the car I put the deposit down on is high in demand, but the dealer went back on their word so that they can turn a higher profit on the same vehicle now there is more buzz and limited supply. By the way, be aware that the dealer will quickly take your deposit check, but don't expect them to be as fast when its time to refund it. There are many other dealers in the area who will get a shot at my business. Its a shame I live 0.5 miles from Princeton Volkswagen and will have to find an honest dealer elsewhere. Shame on you, Princeton Volkswagen/Audi!
