Dr. Leach obtained his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School ( Rutgers New Jersey Medical School ) in Newark, New Jersey. He completed his residency in general surgery and subsequently was appointed as Chief Resident in General Surgery and he completed his Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey Medical School. He received his Board Certification by American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well as the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Ear Surgery
Dr. Leach explains to his patients that the specific surgical technique used, and the surgical time is dependent upon the type of ear surgery recommended. The procedure typically requires making a small incision on the back of the ears or inside the folds of the ear, removing the cartilage and skin and reshaping the cartilage with stitches. The procedure is done in an accredited outpatient surgical center, or for many patients this procedure can be done as an office procedure. Specific surgical information and aftercare will be provided.

Liposuction
Smartlipo, manufactured by Cynosure®, is an innovative medical device used to perform laser-assisted lipolysis (laser liposuction). Laser liposuction uses laser energy to heat the excess sub-cutaneous fat pockets. Smartlipo is different from traditional laser-assisted liposuction, as it not only liquefies fat in target areas but uses another type of wavelength which tightens tissues and skin in the area, as well as increasing collagen production.
Breast Augmentation
Most women enjoy the results of their breast augmentation surgery for many years. According to the FDA, the good news is that breast implants can be reasonably expected to last for at least ten years. For some women, their implants last longer and some last fewer years. The bottom line is that breast implants are not designed or intended to last for the patient’s lifetime. When the time comes to replace the implants, some women opt to do it and others decide to remove their implants for good.
Breast Reduction
Women with exceptionally large, heavy breasts typically experience a variety of concerns caused by the excessive weight of their breasts.
