Palio's Pizza Cafe

This place is great! The pizza is the best around and the service is incredible! I will definitely be eating here again. One to try :)

My first and my last time to try this place. I called ahead for a lunch order and was told it would take 20-30 minutes. I understood so I gave them 40 minutes just because it was 11:30 and I knew it would be getting busy. I entered and smiled and the gentlemen at the cash register and was asked. "What do you want". I calmed myself and stated I called in an order and gave them my name. I told them if it wasn't ready I could wait. The reply was "you sure will". I know in my type of business customer service is a MUST! Parents would be irrate if I EVER talked to them like I was spoken to. I wouldn't have a job.......I was so upset when I finally received my order and left. I couldn't eat it. I threw it away! I hope no one is EVER treated in this manner. I'm sure the food is good, but I'll never try this place again at least not this location!

We tried Palio’s Pizza Café in Prosper on a Friday night so I knew it would be busy. It took over 35 minutes to get our order, which was to go. Even though I was frustrated with how long it took, I simply took my pizzas and said “thank you”. That is when it all happened!! The owner started yelling at me! Saying over and over he called my name. I said “Sorry I did not hear you” But that seemed to anger him more. So then I turned to walk away. As I was walking out the door, he yelled “It takes 25 minutes” so I yelled back this time, “I’ve been here 35!” After leaving the pizza place I called to speak with him and ask why he treated me like that. Even on the phone in the restaurant, in front of customers, he stilled yelled using curse words at me. He would not let me say a word. I will say that my anger got the best of me and I said some choice words as I hung up. The pizza itself is ok, not the best, but the price is great. My family and I will never order or eat from Palio’s Pizza Café in Prosper again. We did not deserve or ask to be treated the way we were. No one should be treated like that, especially by the owner!!!
