Fox takes care of all our plumbing needs since buying our place on Houghton Lake eight years ago. Every winter and every spring taking care of our water system. This past year we made this our permanent home and took care of putting in all new plumbing, water heater, treatment system and winterized the outdoor plumbing. Always professional and quick to get the job done right.

Would give no stars if possible. Our landloard called a week ago asking them to call me to schedule a time when I would be home. We never received a call. We ended up calling them and got a it scheduled again but for another week after the first original call. My boyfriend works nights and was waiting on the couch and fell asleep. They came and knocked once he had to put pants on they left after one knock! I've never had a company only knock once. Called the place to see if someone would still come out that day they said no we're too busy. Horrible customer service. No supervisor available to talk to just a snotty receptionist. Would not recommend. After you screw up twice that's it for me. Pure laziness.
