One Stop Medical

0 stars. I recently made them my pcp and it was a huge mistake. I've been 4 times due to an injury. The 1st visit I was rushed, disrespected, and I could hear the nurse talking about me outside of my room. I've had to go to the er after every visit to be treated properly. In the 4 visits, I have not seen the same person one time. All of them were rude and snappy with me. I can't understand how a place that is intended to help people can be so cold and heartless. They took my $ every time and refused to help me. They lied to my face and said they could not treat me. They had helped my husband for over 4 months and treated him well. About 2 months ago they got new staff and these women are absolutely awful. I would never recommend them to anyone. I would rather see a vet than go back and be talked to the way these women talked to me. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and overall act like they do not have the time or a care for you. This was all 4 women I've seen, not just one incident. I have changed my pcp as well as my husband. Once again I have never been treated so badly for needing help. They also insulted other local providers when I mentioned the lack of treatment I was receiving. Just an overall nightmare.
