PRO Nails and Spa

Guys! I don’t pamper myself often but my mom convinced me to come here to do my nails after my usual nail girl moved away. Ms. Mary is phenomenal! She color coordinated my nails to match my boyfriend’s bow tie, for my brothers wedding! 😭😭❤️❤️❤️
The effort and the time was much appreciated and she was diligent about checking in on me and her other clients in the shop.

These people are so rude my 12-year-old daughter went in to the store to get her nails done and buy some nail polish and then she came out with an eight dollar bottle of nail polish and when she got to the car she told me they were laughing at her in there impolite rude manner and we will never go in there never going to get my service ever again and if they do that one more time I will be talking to their manager in anything that has to be done will be done this is just a warning for all of you guys who want to now how they are and this might sound stupid but she got is the car and started crying and if the do that they don't deserve to work there this was just ride and my dauter said I could not understand them and when I talked to tjem on the phone they said $4.86 so she thinks they did it on purpose and I tried to look for the corporate email but could not find it if I did they would be getting a good and long term with me

The gentleman that works there that appears to be the manager is rude and is terrible to the customers. I brought my two girls in there and they were rude. The service is poor and the mani pedi was terrible quality

First off the owners are very pushy when it comes to service. You are constantly asked if you want more than what you came for. I did find out that when you refuse to upgrade your service they say nasty things about you to each other (in their home language) while smiling at your face. The atmosphere is very hostile.

This place is great! They do a fantastic job with manicures, pedicures, gels, tips, and waxing. It's very busy, but they can usually work in a walk in. I've been going there for a long time always have great service. Highly recommend!

I popped into Pro Nails Friday night for a pedicure. It was great that they took me right away without an appointment BUT when I put my feet into the water it was cold--not even room temperature. The young lady who did my pedicure acted as if she was in a race to get done. The lady sitting beside me was halfway through her pedicure when I sat down and was still there when I left. I asked if they were closing soon--it was 5:55--and she didn't answer. A man who worked in the shop was sitting beside me in a pedicure chair and said they were open until 7:30. I even said outloud SLOW DOWN but the VERY young lady either didn't hear or chose to ignore me. I feel a pedicure is a splurge or luxury. I expect expediency at the bank or grocery store, not a nail salon/spa. Regular pedicures are $30. I was finished in in 20 minutes.
