LA Fitness

There is two employees at the south hill Puyallup LA fitness that every time a member walks in the Personal training zone they harass the member tell them they can’t work out in that area it’s only for training and nobody else is allowed to be in there. I get that but the problem is the trainers drag equipment in there from other parts of the gym and those members are only getting the equipment they need to get there workout done. Also I feel if there is no training going on in that area at the time what does it hurt to work out in that area and if a trainer has a appointment with a client then the issue of letting the member no that they have a trainee in there and will have to find another area in the gym to work out. People pay good money to work out at the gym they should be able to utilize all the equipment

So I have a personal training membership and they are SOOOOOOO terrible everytime I go to the counter to check-in. Here I am standing at the desk with two trainers behind the desk and I literally recieved no aknowledgment of me even standing there. I had to say, "hello can you help me" then the RUDE lady behind the desk rolled her eyes and then preceeded to give me dirty looks like I had asked her for a million dollars. All I can say that the customer service is terrible at this location as well as the Bellevue location. I would cancel, but I can't since I am locked into a contract suprise suprise.

I enjoy this la fitness, never too busy, and close to home. As a member i enoy using all the clubs. And the price is right.

The sales person used his size to intimidate me, I was actually cared. They never contacted me and he told me he didn't care. They kept charging my debt card the full amount, even after they sent an email stating they would freeze the account. I made a claim with the BBB, but LA Fitness never responded. Avoid!!!
