        Founded in 1949, O & H Danish Bakery is in its third generation of family ownership. The bakery makes all of its products from scratch by hand, including its Danish Kringles, which are unique pastries with fillings that include almonds, apples, blueberries, cream cheese, chocolate, pecans and raspberries. The Kringle, which was introduced in Wisconsin in the late 1800s, is created during a labor-intense process that takes three days to produce the light, flaky crust. Other O & H products include coffee cakes and sweet rolls. O & H Danish Bakery has two locations in Racine, Wis., which is home to one of the largest Danish populations in the United States.

        Raspberry Kringle

        I'm from Racine and moved to Seattle over 20 years ago. I grew up on the occasional treat from O&H, but never realized how amazing their baked goods were till I came here! I miss my favorite Danish Layer cake, and Seven Sisters, but especially my Kringle. Today I received a Raspberry Kringle I ordered (from O&H overnight) for my boyfriend to try, and 'Oh My God!', it's just as I remembered! Thank you Oleson boys for keeping up the family tradition, you all made my day!

        The Best

        This place is the best. They have great employees that always have a smile on there faces. This place knows it's bake goods. Baked fresh every day no day old donuts here. I can't say enough. Love it!!!!
