Staff has no customer service skills, they never even asked us if we can order a different size in shoe because they didn't carry our size. I was told later by another store in Louisville that you can order and have it shipped to your home. The staff does not even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They have even closed the store early before, I assume to go home and keep people from walking in last minute, there was still 10 minutes left before they close and they had locked the front door. I just wanted to check if a certain shoe was in, since I had been keeping an eye out for it. Very disappointed of this store which is local for me. I will now drive the miles to go to another store instead of coming back to this one.
