Deep Tissue Massage
ART is a hands-on soft tissue treatment, similar to deep tissue massage, that is very effective for treating muscle spasms, trigger points, scarred tissue, adhesions, and nerve entrapments. Even though chiropractic adjustments are very effective at restoring joint motion, often times surrounding muscles are affected by the injury as well. This leads to poor muscle function and again poor joint motion. This is why Dr. Foglia has great success employing adjustments with soft tissue treatment.
