We could probably write a novel on how wonderful we think Imaginovation is but, short of a full novel, here are our top 4 reasons why we are their biggest fans:



(1) Their amazing web development and graphic design portfolio speaks for itself



Imaginovation designed our logo, business print materials, and website. One of the most impressive things about working with them has been the balance between our ideas/what we wanted and Imaginovation’s creative and knowledgeable expertise. We gave them general ideas of what we wanted (ex: “simple and clean design”) and certain features we wanted to include (ex: “a contact us form”). But we left the specifics and actual design in their capable hands. To say that they exceeded our expectations would be the understatement of the year – their expertise and talent in this field absolutely blew us away. The feedback we’ve received from clients, colleagues, and others has been absolutely amazing!



(2) Their priority is their client’s best interest



We interviewed multiple web development companies in the area, looking primarily at (1) web development and graphic design portfolio, (2) price, and (3) personality/professionalism. It goes without saying that the quality of their work speaks for itself – it’s amazing! But, Imaginovation stood out primarily because it was more than just an impressive portfolio – instead, it was also clear from day one that client satisfaction is their top priority. For example, they worked closely with us on our website ideas, features, and graphics but did not hesitate to let us know when an idea we had was NOT a good idea in their expert opinion. We’re lawyers. They are experts in what they do and we are not – we wanted professionals in this field that would give their honest opinions of what we were trying to achieve, even if it was that we had bad ideas. Imaginovation’s team provided that honest expertise and worked with us on better alternatives when needed. That is just one example of their client-centered focus but it is evident from the beginning of the process when they don’t try to “sell” you on anything you don’t need or want like so many other web developers you will speak to (ex. SEO services, though they do offer it).



(3) Their professionalism and responsiveness



The entire Imaginovation team was consistently professional and committed to high quality work AND client satisfaction. They gave us a timeline for completion of our project and completely delivered on all deadlines – even when we were holding up their progress by not getting them content by certain dates. In the multitude of conversations regarding various features along the way, their turn around time for implementing ideas and sending them to us for our review was amazingly quick. When we provided feedback, they were incredibly responsive and immediately adjusted to our specifications.



(4) They were competitively priced



We’re listing this one last because, although Imaginovation was the lowest priced web development service among the many we interviewed, we did not choose them because of that fact alone. They may be the most competitively priced in our area but could clearly charge more for their services in light of the quality of their work and the quality of the Imaginovation client experience.





In sum, our experience with Imaginovation was amazing from beginning to end! We literally do not have a single complaint and, in fact, recommend them to anyone in the market for web development and/or graphic design services! Fantastic people! Our Lego League team was interested in learning how to create web applications for a project. Michael from Imaginovation kindly took the time to come to a meeting and explain the entire process from idea to distribution. He was very patient and encouraging, not to mention knowledgeable.
