Ruby Tuesday

One of the worst meals ever. There is nothing good about this dining experience other than leaving the restaurant. The service was beyond poor, we were a party of five with a two year old. We asked for a high chair and 10 minutes later I ask again and finally I went and found a high chair on my own. We ordered our food, the two year olds food came about 20 minutes before our food arrived. This meant that she was completely finished before we started eating and she wanted to get down from the chair. We ordered two medium rare steaks and received two pieces of charcoal. You could not cut one of the steaks with a Husqvarna. In fact I suggest if you dine there to bring one with you. The food arrived in stages culminating in a baked potato arriving about the same time as the Bill. I still shake my head in disbelief when I think of this experience.

wow tonight both of our meals were not right and too cold but we had the best service ever the manager came by apologized and right a way offered to re do our food and get us an app or dessert for later and he did not charge us.that is service we will be going back again this weekend.we love the mash and the fish and steaks but customer service rocks.thank you!!!!
