Positive Inner Self

Have two energetic boys can be overwhelming. When I met Adrienne and she invited me to one of her parenting classes I was not sure how it would go. It turned out that it was great. Not only is Adrienne a very good teacher, she presents information in a way that is easy to understand and is positive in every aspect. I felt that even after just one session I was taking something home to my family. A new skill which would allow me to be a better parent and a more patient mother.
I highly recommend Adrienne for anyone who has a difficult time with problematic, or just high energy, children as well as adults who have a hard time juggling everyday life. She can help bring balance back to adult relationships as well as peace to an otherwise chaotic family.
As they say... 'it takes a village to raise a child'
