Affordable Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Horrible. This guy agreed to a price on a project. Finished 2/3 of the project then walked off and said he did not want to finish. I had another plumber finish his work. He then called me and asked about payment. I told him i would find out the difference in cost and get back with him. He then fraudulently charged my credit card for the full amount. He kept my card on hand with out my permission and charged it without my consent. DO NOT USE. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

My garbage disposal was jammed, so I called them and the technician arrived within an hour. The guy showed and was very nice and friendly. They finally fixed my disposal unit and left without any charge since they said it wasn't a big problem. Excellent!

I had a leak in my upstairs shower which was leaking slowly to the ceiling in my kitchen. Called AAA Afordable to fix the leak, which he did. After fixing the leak he informed me my water pressure was too high and I should have it fixed, and said that was causing my pipe to leak. I told him I didn't want the pressure fixed that day. I declined because I wanted to research it myself prior to getting it fixed. When I declined service for the water pressure issue the AAA Afordable employee became rude and said he would not guarantee the work he did on my shower.

I had a water heater break on me and the plumber brought a good reliable brand back. The issue that I had with the plumber was that I had asked about low water pressure and he told me that I needed a new regulator. I let him do the work since he said that it would fix the problem. I get charged an extra $300 for the job and not only that, he breaks one of my faucet aerators in the guest bathroom and tells me that the pressure is fixed. I do research the following day and find out that a regulator is about $31 and its usually good for life! This guy totally takes advantage of honest customers to make an extra buck! THe next following weeks I don't see any difference in the water pressure. I find out the regulator has a valve that can be adjusted for pressure which I was never told about. Be careful of any extra work and try to do as much research before you call these guys.‎
