        Great people. Chris, the owner was pleasant and easy going. Very professional about the carpet care service. His helper also ensured all those hoses and materials were kept out of the way and secured. They did a good job with vacuuming, pre-treating and cleaning. Considering the carpets are over 23 years old and have only been cleaned once before, they still manage to remove quite a bit of dirt and get it cleaned. Still looks many shades better than before. Cleaned an entire master bedroom carpet area, about 350 sq. ft or so in about an hour. They bring all the supplies (water tank in the van). I would highly recommend them to any friends in this area. Also, Chris' wife, Christie, she is the person who picks up the phone when scheduling, and she is very polite.

        Great job and a great value. Took care of pet stains on both 18 year old carpet, and new carpet.
