I bought a vehicle here and was also trading one in. The salesman tried to apply the $3,000 factory rebate to my trade while selling me the car for MSRP. When I asked him why he insisted that with my $2000 down I was only purchasing the car for $24000. After slamming my things down and demanding my keys back because I was done I finally got my trade paid off and my $3,000 factory rebate applied to the new vehicle as it should be. I walked out more angry about the way I was spoken too and feeling sorry for those who are actually tricked into purchasing a car for full MSRP. I am so disgusted that I won't even have my vehicle serviced there.

I bought my Jeep Liberty at this dealership. When I called for service on the sunroof because it would not close they told me they had nothing available for a week. They also said it would be $98.00 for a diagnostic check plus the cost of the repair. When I told them I had to get it in sooner because if it rained the car would get soaked they basically said that that was my problem. I understand if they are booked there is nothing anyone can do about it, but, i just thought under the circumstances they might work with me. The $98.00 ripoff fee is a really nice touch too. The dealership in Sandwich has no fee so I recommend you save the $98.00 and bring your vehicle to Sandwich.
