I would not do business with this company ever again.My husband and I did a full blown renovation and hired Ozzie for several jobs.Ozzie started off by doing everything right as many contractors do but as time progressed he became lazy and his work was not up to par in the end. We gave him a time limit on when we would need everything done and he assured us it would be done in time. it definitely wasn't and we pretty much had to live within the reno.We got a deck done by him less than 6 months ago and the wood on it is now loose and starting to warp already. Windows and doors were put in and weren't properly sealed (drafts all over the house) not to mention we got a quote for cleanup but he will make you pay for the dumpsters and wont tell you until right before.Definitely not worth the thousands of dollars we spent. One thing I will give him credit on would be the siding, it came out beautifully but with all the other problems that have arisen I'm just waiting to see the other shoe drop about it also. We were told that we would pay half upfront and the other half upon completion but Ozzie surely asked us for the remainder of his bid before all jobs were done and we didn't even have steps for the deck. Pregnancy, wintertime and no steps definitely do not mix. He's VERY unprofessional initially just did what he wanted when he wanted and didn't apparently like to talk to us because he only called after we had to call him for updates. We had to release him of his duties because he left our door unlocked even tho he had a key and a code to the alarm and that was just the straw that broke the camels back.. All in all he painted us a dream and gave us a nightmare in the end which we are now paying to get fixed. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this kind of treatment. Grade: D-

When I decided to have a new siding for my house, I contacted several contractors and most of them quoted the standard pricing for the basic vinyl siding installation of a small single house.
