Misread an ankle MRI. Rather than have their foot surgeon look at MRI had whoever was available attempt to diagnose the problem. Was completely out of his element. Attempting to run two offices with the same staff but struggling to do it in a professional manner.

This is the second time I've been sent to this practice. I will not use them in the future. They are not very friendly, nor do they show compassion. Plus they ask how you are and when you about your condition and you respond worth a concern they brush it off and tell you too come back if there's anymore problems. Isn't that why I'm here in the first place? And they didn't listen then. Why bother coming back.
