This property management is a nightmare they accept almost anyone to be a resident meaning neighbors are loud, obnoxious, and the houses are poorly taken care of including apartments and they do not care if you have concerns or complaints about neighbors or broken things they usually overlook it. they are never available nor do they pick up there phones or call back and charge too much rent for a little apartment or its not in anywhere near the best conditions. the service at the front desk is not very well liked and they nevre answer questions with a helpful answer always quick to cut you off and if you ask me all they care about id there money.

Horrible to work with, they never seem to be there. There maintence is a joke and does the min to fix something. They do not care about their properties or tenents as long as they are getting their money. Floors rotten through, dirty when you move it but you do not find out until after you move in. They cover things up with new carpet and paint. Horrible and rude people. It would be a huge mistake renting from them unless you have to. The only nice thing and why they got a star from me was because their rent is affordable. Good luck to future renters
