Redlands Midas

I went in to this shop (redlands) for a brake inspection. everything was great fast, honest, speedy service, no brake service needed yet.

but about 2 weeks after that happened when i washed my vehicle (Volvo) i noticed that it was missing one of the rear lugnuts. that same day i went to tell them about it and they remembered me being there and said that they'd order a lug nut for me and they'll give me a call the next day when the part should be in.

it's been a little over a week and no phone call yet.

I just called the shop and they said they ordered it from Volvo of Riverside, and dont know why it takes so long. buuuut Riverside doesnt have a Volvo dealership. closest one to redlands is ONTARIO.

but other then this is a not a bad shop to go to.

This is a wonderful muffler business. i would reccmond it to anyone who needs the work done. they are reasonable and a good value. Work was quick too.
