Michaels - The Arts & Crafts Store

I just had the most terrible experience at this location. First of all the staff is not helpful at all. The parking lot is always full and we had to park on the other side of the store. I had my 3 1/2 year old child with me. We came specifically to buy frames and art supplies. We spent almost an hour at the store because when I had some questions I could not find anybody to help. So I had to figure out on my own where everything is. At the register after the staff member rang everything through And i was ready pay with a cc. She asked me for my picture ID, which I left in my car. She kept on saying I need a picture ID. I explained that it's in my car and I parked far, I gave her my museum membership card and other cc to see that my name is matching on everything. However, she kept on saying I need picture ID.

At the end I had to leave everything behind that toom me an hour to find. My 3 1/2 year old was extremely upset and I was upset even more.

The staff was rude and simply didn't care about their castumers. I wasted my time!

I used to shop at This location all the time. Today was my last time. I will never go back there. And will go out of my way to go to a different location.
