The Owner of this company is a nasty lady. She doesn't know how to speak to people and refuses to take any responsibility when she is wrong. I refused to let my son ride with her company. In various circumstances I have spoken to her to deal with situations and she is just plain nasty. So if you have this company as a choice, I would leave it for last. My advice to her is :first learn how to speak to people if you want good reviews for your company simple as that.
