Spier, DPM, with offices located throughout the Baltimore Metro area, has been offering a variety of treatments and procedures to provide the best foot and ankle care to his patients. We have three different locations in Columbia, Reisterstown and Baltimore. Our podiatric practice specializes in PinPointe laser treatment and heel pain.         Overall

        I have had funky toe nails for many, many years. After finding no success with other methods of clearing up the fungus on my nails, I decided to try laser treatments with Dr. Spier. I am happy to say that I no longer have yellow, thick toe nails my daughter makes fun of! Dr. Spier\'s office is extremely clean and sanitary. The treatment itself is simple and painless -- two laser treatments and a year later, my toes are looking good (be sure to follow his directions in between sessions!). On top of everything, Dr. Spier is not only professional, but also, an enjoyable guy to talk to. I am extremely happy and pleased with the entire experience (and so are my pretty toes!).
