        Very bad customer service!!!!!!!!

        I had them install 2 new tires on my Celica a little while ago. I started loosing air in one tire so I thought I had a punkture and took it to big o cheeters and they wanted to charge me $20 so I went to discount tires and they fixed it for free and told me big o cheeters did a sloppy job of mounting the tire. Needless to say a week or so later the other tire started loosing air and so I took it again to big o cheeters and they told me it will be $20 to fix THERE error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess that is how they do bussines, They make errors and charge you $20 a shot to fix them......I will not go back to Big o cheeters again, I will from now on drive the 12 miles to discount tires for all my tires needs. Never had a issue at discount tires but have had a problem everytime I used big o tires.

        Every new tire we sell there is never a charge to do a repair. in regards to mounting a tire there is no "grey" area or "sloppy" mounting job.If it was a mounting "error" it would have been a problem instantly and would not have been awhile later. if your wheels are experiencing flaking or corrosion from bead area, than we do offer free repairs/bead sealing on every tire we sell. It cant be the fault of ANY tire or ANY tire store for a wheel that is the cause of a leak from continued corrosion. We at Big O tires strive to prevent any instances like this and inform customers of possible problems that may occur from pre existing wheel conditions, and try to prevent them from happening.
