Mariano should not be in retail! Not only can he not smile and greet a customer, but he can not pick up a phone and communicate about a special order. Don't know how he stays in business with his poor customer service skills. No star rating. Won't be dealing with him.

There used to be a very nice young lady who worked here she was very helpful ...Now there is some guy who is totally rude. I called and he was short with me on the phone. And my husband went in and was looking for help finding a part he cut him off . Leslie pools used to get all my business now they will get none... Bring the young lady back. This guy is not worth anyones time.
